(1) Company profile
Anhui state owned Assets Operation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "provincial state-owned assets operation company") is one of the large-scale state-owned enterprises supervised by SASAC. Its registered capital is 1.1 billion yuan, and its main business is investment and asset management. The company was established in 1999 with the approval of Anhui provincial government (Anhui zhengmi [1999] No. 129) and was the only provincial platform enterprise in Anhui at that time. In 2001, the provincial government put the company under the management of the provincial large-scale enterprise working committee; after the establishment of the provincial SASAC, the company was supervised by the provincial SASAC.
